About the job

Position: A part-time temporary position of 22 hours per week

Start date: 2026-02-01 or by agreement

Working hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Willys Falkenberg Tånga! When you work at Willys, you contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations in the front store.
• In the front store, you can work with everything from mail handling to selling games, food, and tobacco.
• You ensure that the front store is clean and tidy.
• You meet lots of customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, intuition, and a big smile.
• You actively participate in orders and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

About you

You love food, people, and sales just as much as we do! For us, it doesn’t matter if you are a vegan or a meat lover, eating tacos on a Friday or a Tuesday. The great thing about you is that you are you. And that’s exactly what we are looking for.

• You are social, forward-thinking, and a real pro at customer interaction.
• You have worked in a store for a while and are ready for a new role.
• Since you will be working with the sale of Swedish games and ATG, it’s good if you enjoy talking about sports, like horse racing or football.
• It’s a big advantage if you have experience and education in ATG, Swedish Games, and mail handling.
• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
